Prerequisites

Before installing the SmartRequestSystem – Customer Requests & Business Availability plugin, ensure that the following plugins are installed and active. These are required for the Addons plugin to function properly:

• Directorist – AI-Powered Business Directory Plugin
• FormGent – Next-Gen AI Form Builder for WordPress

Note: If either Directorist or FormGent is not installed or activated, attempting to activate the SmartRequestSystem – Customer Requests & Business Availability plugin will display the following error:

“SmartRequestSystem – Customer Requests & Business Availability requires 2 plugins to be installed and activated: Directorist and FormGent. Please install and activate these plugins before proceeding.”

Installing Required Plugins

• Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
• Navigate to Plugins → Add New.
• In the search bar, type Directorist.
• Click Install Now → Activate.
• Repeat the same steps for FormGent.
• After both plugins are active, you can proceed with installing SmartRequestSystem – Customer Requests & Business Availability.
