Requests Logs

Step 1 – Access the Requests Logs Page

  • In the admin sidebar, navigate to Smart Request System.
  • Click Requests Logs to open the page.

Step 2 – Overview of the Logs Page

  • The Requests Logs page allows you to monitor all activity related to service codes and citizen requests. The page is divided into four main sections, each presented in an expandable accordion panel:

1. Active Service Codes

  • This log displays all service codes that have been generated but have not yet been used.
  • When an admin or system generates a new service code for a citizen request.

2. Email Codes & Notifications

  • Tracks all codes and notifications sent via the “Send Availability” button in the system.
  • When clicks “Send Availability” to notify a citizen of a code or request status.

3. Resend Service Codes

  • Shows requests where the secret code was resent to the citizen.
  • When clicks the “Resend Secret Code” button.
  • Useful for tracking repeated notifications and preventing abuse.

4. Completed Requests

  • Lists all requests successfully completed by the citizen.
  • When a citizen submits the secret code correctly through the form.
  • Indicates the request lifecycle has been finalized.

5. Update Businesses

  • Finds nearby directory businesses based on the selected business radius and sends product/service notifications to all matching businesses.
