Status plugin

The Addons Status Page provides a complete overview of your WordPress environment and the status of required plugins for proper operation of the Smart Request System. This page ensures your system is fully functional and compatible with WordPress and other dependencies.

Step 1 – Access the Addons Status Page

• In the admin sidebar, navigate to: Smart Request System → Addons Status
• This page provides real-time information about your site, required plugins, PHP environment, and system health.

Step 2 – Understanding the Page Sections

1. Required Plugins Status

• Directorist – must be active and up to date.
• FormGent – must be active and up to date.
• If updates are available, the page provides a direct link to update the respective plugin.

2. SmartRequestSystem – Customer Requests & Business Availability Documentation Plugin Check

• Status: Indicates if the addon is operating normally.
• Version Check: Shows if a new update is available.

Step 3 – Recommended Actions

• Update WordPress Core regularly to ensure security and performance.
• Update Required Plugins (Directorist, FormGent, etc.) to their latest versions.
• Check Theme Compatibility if using a custom or non-default theme.
• Increase WP Memory Limit in your wp-config.php file to at least 128M.
