Activation & License

When you activate SmartRequestSystem – Customer Requests & Business Availability on a new site without an active license, a new menu called “Smart Request System” will appear in the WordPress admin panel.

Step 1: Enter Your License Key

• Navigate to the plugin’s Settings page.
• Locate the License Key field.
• Enter the license key you received after purchasing the plugin.

Step 2: Click Activate License

• Once the license key is entered, click the Activate License button.
• The system will validate the key and connect it to your site.

Step 3: Activation Successful

• After successful activation, your license is valid and ready to use.

Step 4: Access Plugin Features

• Once the license is activated, all plugin features will be unlocked and accessible from the dashboard.
• Navigate through the plugin menu to explore the available features:
  • Status Plugin – View plugin status and system information.
  • Settings – Configure plugin behavior and request forms.
  • Text Customizer – Customize labels and messages in forms.
  • Advanced Settings – Extra plugin options and integrations.
  • Requests Logs – Access logs of submitted requests.
  • Email Templates – Manage request notification emails.
  • SMS Templates – Manage SMS notifications if enabled.

Notes

• The plugin automatically updates the dashboard after license activation to display all features.
• Each license key is unique and linked to a specific site.
• If you plan to migrate your site in the future, please contact support to deactivate this site from your license.
